Is protein diet really effective?
I wanna know if eating only protein, no carbs, fruits and veggies, works for everyone… Is this a guaranteed weight loss diet?
There are no guarantees in life, but you should have a more balanced diet. Eating protein is very important at every meal, but you should have some carbs. Just make sure they are whole grain and healthy. Fruits and veggies are an important aspect of your diet also.

I’m asking this question for a friend.Here’s the info: Keep in mind she’s on the 1300 calorie diet.64 ounces of water daily.8am bowl of cereal for break fest,11am sandwich for lunch (wheat bread) 2pm cereal again, 5pm dinner baked chicken,spinach,potatoes or noodles.
If i were her I would skip the 2nd cereal

Yes! 200 jumping jacks a day will be a great help to your weight loss, just dont over do it.
